I am Charles Hale
Founder & President
I kicked off my career at Blue Cross of California, quickly becoming a go-to person on HIPAA and playing a key role in electronic data sharing in healthcare. I then broadened my skill set to include project management and cybersecurity, leading important projects at Dignity Health. These experiences paved the way for me to start my own venture in 2021, Hale Consulting Solutions LLC.
I studied at the University of Oregon and the University of Southern California. My qualifications aren't just abbreviations; they're evidence of my skills and include Security+, CISM, PMP, and DASSM. We've also picked up awards like "Outstanding Leadership" and "Outstanding Organization" at the 2022 Health 2.0 Conference, showing our team's impact in healthcare.
Aside from these official achievements, I've written two books that are available on Amazon: "The Essential Guide to HIPAA Security" and "The AI-Empowered Project Manager: Harnessing ChatGPT for Effective Project Management."
