I am Charles Hale, Founder and President of Hale Consulting Solutions LLC. With a career that began at Blue Cross of California, where I became a HIPAA expert and led electronic data sharing initiatives, my journey in healthcare and technology has been both dynamic and rewarding. At Dignity Health, I expanded into project management and cybersecurity, setting the stage for the launch of Hale Consulting Solutions in 2021.

Holding degrees from the University of Oregon and the University of Southern California, along with certifications such as Security+, CISM, PMP, and DASSM, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. My achievements have been recognized with multiple awards, underscoring our significant impact on healthcare innovation.

As the author of "The Essential Guide to HIPAA Security" and "The AI-Empowered Project Manager," I am dedicated to advancing industry knowledge and driving innovation. At Hale Consulting Solutions, we are committed to agility and creativity, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our clients.
